  • Eligibility Period: All return requests or claims must be submitted within three (3) days of the delivery date.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To ensure the validity of a claim (for damaged, incorrect, or missing items), a continuous and unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time.

  • Validity: Please be advised that return requests will not be processed or considered valid without the provision of the aforementioned unboxing video.

  • Shipping Costs: All costs associated with return shipping and delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
